●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬୧ DESCRIPTION ୨▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬●
The following table contains individual records of photoplethysmography (PPG) measurements taken from 56 people in a laboratory setting, with none of the subjects being hospitalized. Each measurement lasts for 2 minutes and has been taken with a sampling frequency of 100 Hz. The mentioned records are data from measurements captured by a photoplethysmography sensor, with which the PPG signal can be easily constructed. The purpose of this database is to provide support for the development of approaches aimed at estimating blood pressure.

The table consists of 11 columns and 56 rows (excluding the label row), where each row represents an individual record of each subject properly identified. The columns contain information such as age, gender, a "Yes" or "No" indicating whether the patient has a diagnosis of blood pressure levels, measurements of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, a "Yes" or "No" indicating whether the subject is or has received treatment, and a classification according to the criteria of the Joint National Committee (JNC) and the American Heart Association (AHA) determining whether the person is prehypertensive, normotensive, or hypertensive. Each record is linked to a comma-separated values (".csv") file containing the measurement data of that individual's specific PPG signal. By clicking on "Signal_PPG_Subject_Number" (underlined and in blue), the file of the corresponding subject's PPG signal will be downloaded. Additionally, you can download a ".CSV" file with the data of each subject displayed in the table by clicking on the link "CSV FILE", and you can also download the 56 files in a compressed ".zip" folder by clicking on the link "Download ZIP file", both located at the end of the table.
The table offers 4 filters to navigate through it more efficiently. You can filter by age ranges, male or female gender, and by the classifications of the JNC or the AHA. These filters allow you to customize your search and find the information you need quickly and easily.
ღ Note: When you press the "Clear filters" button, all applied filters will be removed, and the table will return to its original state. However, you can reapply the filters you consider necessary to customize your search.
